Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy sets out how PHIT Canada uses and protects any information that you give PHIT Canada when you use this website. PHIT Canada has partnered with Go Get Fit Canada to provide a secure mobile application, the “GoGet.Fit App”, which is a centralized content-sharing communication platform. As an individual registered corporate business entity incorporated in Canmore, Alberta. GoGet.Fit is governed under its own individual privacy policy (see Appendix A). As part of this partnership, PHIT Canada and you in using the GoGet.Fit App adhere to the terms of the privacy policy of GoGet.Fit, in conjunction with its own PHIT Canada privacy policy herein contained. The terms of the GoGet.Fit privacy policy are included in their entirety within Appendix A of this document. PHIT Canada may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from November 15, 2022.

Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with programs and services offered on our site, PHIT Canada may collect the following information such as your: First and Last Name | Mailing Address | E-mail Address | Phone Number | along with demographic information such as postal code, preference and interest, including other information relevant to surveys and fundraising. We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to use when you elect to use certain programs or services available on the Site. These may include: (a) sending us an email message; (b) applying for partial sponsorship; (c) signing up your school for the GoGet.Fit App. We will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or programs you have requested from us; approving you for receiving services.

PHIT Canada collects and uses your personal information to operate its website and deliver the services you have requested. PHIT Canada may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you for other products or services available from PHIT Canada and its affiliates. We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons: Internal record keeping.
